BOOK: Jordan Through the Dining Table

Charlotte (SIKU style founder) & her uber talented brother Jamie Florance are writing and compiling a book on everyday life, food, & artisan style in Jordan.  This past Fall they ventured around the whole country meeting with acclaimed chefs, boutique hotels, home cooks, street vendors & artisans collecting stories and visual content for their lifestyle cook book covering all-things Jordan.

After spending several months in Jordan, Charlotte recognized for all of Jordan's fame in the West (Petra, Indiana Jones, the Dead Sea, & the martian landscape of Wadi Rum),  too little is known about modern-day Jordan and its #TuckedAwayPlaces. Charlotte & Jamie's exploration uncovered some of the most breathtaking scenery, delicious food, and stories behind the people.

Charlotte continues to compile content for the book and hopes to complete the first draft by Winter 2017. To learn more about the people and places featured in the book, be sure to explore our blog where we will be featuring some of the book's highlights.

If you are interested in being featured in the book or want to share your favorite spot in Jordan, we would love to hear from you!  For feature requests or tips please contact us!
